About Me


Dana Marie I am 31 year old stay at home mother of children that range from 10 to 4 months. I don't have a lot of time to workout, but I do it because I don't want to look like or feel like a tired old stay at home mom who has no energy. No, not me. I plan on being a healthy, fit momma for the rest of my life. If I don't do it now I won't do it later. No Excuses!
